Orders typically require 1–5 business days for processing before shipment. Processing times may vary depending on the product, supplier availability, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout or on the applicable product page when available. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Because some of our products may be fulfilled and shipped by third-party fulfillment partners, shipping times may vary by product and destination. Delays may occasionally occur due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.
MULTIPLE PACKAGES
If you order multiple items, your order may arrive in separate packages and at different times. You will not be charged additional shipping fees simply because an order is shipped in multiple packages.
TRACKING
When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your tracking information.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has shipped.
LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can help investigate the issue. Please include your order number and any relevant photos when reporting damaged merchandise.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Hart & Crew Co. currently ships only to destinations made available during checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may apply to international shipments unless otherwise stated at checkout.
